I have noticed improvement in my son’s behavior and I think that’s because he feels comfortable and safe in his home. The lines of communication between myself, staff, and management are excellent. They keep me updated and are receptive to calls about anything.

Having done art groups for many years, I have often experienced staff who were present, but not at all engaged with the participants. This is definitely not the case here. Staff encourages the participants, helps them when needed and gives lots of positive feedback. It is a joy to have and see that kind of support.
